Sucession planning and making sure that we have the resources to grow as a company in to the future means we have to be training the next generation of Architectural GRG and Heritage Plasterwork experts...

Since we have begun we've trained 5 apprentices all of whom have the necessary skills and qualifications, all taking NVQ Level 2/3 in Fibrous Plastering, with NVQ Level 3 Heritage Accreditation as standard. All are CSCS trained and have Gold Cards. We generally take one apprentice per year and as we grow this could possibly expand to more...

Case Study

Olly (pictured above)started with us straight from school at 18 and progressed quickly to NVQ Level2. After an initial 3 year apprencticeship he achived NVQ Level 3 in Heritage Plastering. With us for years now he's able to pass his knowledge on to an apprentice of his own...

Qualified and robust management
