Enhance Home Features and Restore Ceilings & Plasterwork
Our plasterwork experts specialise in GRG as well as fibrous plaster. These are two highly effective plastering methods, allowing for maximum flexibility and control.
Fibrous Plaster, composed of plaster laid upon a backing of canvas stretched over a wood or steel frame, is used in casting circular and enriched mouldings for columns, girders, and various types of ornamental work. Fibrous plaster mouldings are generally crafted in the workshop prior to fitting. Because the material is very light and durable, creations can be easily transported and installed to form attractive new features for your home.
GRG, or Glass Reinforced Gypsum, is made from glass fibre and ceramic plaster and fixed to a metal gridwork, making it extremely durable. It's quick to install and can be used to create complex shapes with a seamless finish. GRG is particularly suitable for building curves, angles and defining or highlighting areas within a property. Furthermore, it's non-combustible and is therefore a very safe material to use in your home.
